Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
